"I did have an issue with the scheduling. The only issue was I didn’t get a call to remind me of the appointment, and I had the wrong time in mind. I had to wait a little bit, but they got me in as soon as they could even though I technically missed my appointment. I called two days previously for an emergency appointment to euthanize my pup of 15 years… She got me in as soon as she could. The tech, and especially the doctor, were so loving and caring. They were very nice and patient and understanding. They gave me time with him, and they give you a button to press when you’re ready. The vet told me what she was going to do and when she’d so it. I had a great experience taking my dog here for this. They allowed me to Pre-pay so I could leave when it was over and not have to deal with the heartache.. I just walked out. I later got a sympathy letter in the mail with paw prints. I wasn’t expecting that. It was too sweet."

"Some of the best people and staff. Mr. Flea always has a great experience (I asked him this is actually his review, he said 5 stars). Forever grateful for the compassion and beautiful work this staff contributes for the fur-children and fur-parents! Thank you for seeing Flea every year now and for being the best around!!"

"The hospital is mostly clean, obviously just aged. The staff is very friendly and so is the doctor. They are good at getting patients in quickly. However, if you are financially comfortable enough to drop whatever amount of money needed on your pet this is the place for you. They will take care of everything and make sure you go home with all the supplies you need, as well as charge you for every bit of it. If you are struggling like the vast majority of us then be prepared to comb through the quoted services before agreeing to anything. Their prices are on the higher end for most things (ex. Fecal exam is approx. $57, standard rates are between $30-$70) and they will try to have clients pay for as many services as possible. Rather than giving an estimate for recommended services in addition to necessary ones, they just lump everything into one quote (ex. Dr suggesting a heartworm test but giving a quote for a full blood panel, a price difference of literally hundreds $$). This is unnecessary and takes advantage of those that don't know better who are putting their trust in the clinic when they may not be able to afford more than the critical care services during what may be a very stressful time for pet and owner. Putting urgent and non-urgent items all on one invoice, failing to clarify what they are, and not communicating the urgency levels of all listed procedures lacks integrity and transparency. The last straw for us was when we came for a follow-up appointment after seeking treatment for our pet's conjunctivitis (which had cleared up very well with the eye drops they gave us) and were met with ANOTHER quote for services that included a "check up exam fee" !! While the fee was half the price of a standard exam, never in my days have I had to pay a fee for a follow up appointment. Unnecessary, greedy, and downright lousy."

"I was out with my dog, Callie, on Friday, 11/25, and was surprised to see the office open. I was able to pop in and reorder her heartworm medicine. They were also able to fit her in for a nail clipping. We have been using All Pets for nine years. Callie is always eager to enter the office. The staff is always pleasant and efficient."

"This needs to be posted because this vet is a danger to pets. Not just because of the care she gave, and didn’t give my kitten, but because she thinks she has all the answers. Dr. Maddy, saw my kitten who was in distress and was not eating well. She’s a sphynx and was under two pounds. She kept her for the day, and was supposed to keep her warm and try to get her to eat. We tried to tell her that the breeder knew what to do for her and this specific medication would help her. The breeder even called her and offered to face time with her. She refused. She told us at least three times, she went to vet school. She put a kitten under 2 lbs, with no hair in a cold cage with no heating source. When I spoke to her and found out what she was doing we rushed over and got her. During that conversation when I was trying to reason with her about treatment she was arrogant, condescending, plain rude. The implication was we did something to cause this, and she knew all about this breed of cat she knows a breeder. This girl is dangerous not because of her education, but because she will not look for the right solution to help the pet. She knows everything. The hospital staff was very nice, I have no issue with them at all. My kitten today is almost 3 lbs happy and healthy. I was able to get her back to her breeder who gave her warm fluids under the skin, the correct medication, and 24/7 observation."
