"Do not waste your time with their “emergency” services. Waited for over an hour to be seen, only to be told to go to my regular vet when they were open in four days, since it is Christmas weekend. My dog was in severe pain and they did not think to give her any kind of pain medication or sedatives to make her comfortable. Insisted that doing x-rays or any other kind of screening was “too difficult.” Charged me $300 for them to say that there was nothing they could do. Went to get a second opinion the next morning and they were more than helpful. Could have saved my dog hours of excruciating pain if I had only gone with the second location first. Only concerned with getting their payment and getting animals in and out quickly."
"Had to take a stray cat that stays around our house to the vet for a tail injury/ infection. Called and they explained everything to the best of their ability and got me in the same day, explained every charge so that I was able to budget accordingly. Extremely friendly staff! The cat seemed very calm with the staff, Unfortunately the cat did pass away but I think he was just too far gone by the time we took him. No fault of the staff, would definitely use them again. Budget friendly and seem to be good people"
"First visit was with a kitty stuck in a Christmas tree. We honestly thought the tree had stabbed into his side. It was not, THANK GOODNESS! But ALL of the staff were very caring and attentive to our baby. I will definitely be back but hopefully for routine visits and no more emergencies!"
