"I took my very expensive comforter in to be cleaned because it had nicotine stains around the edges. They got the stains out, but ripped my comforter, and didn't even notify me. I discovered the tear as I was putting it on my bed. I called them immediately, the associate I spoke with was rude, but said she was sure the owner would replace the item. When I spoke with the owner, he placed the blame on me because I smoke. He is unwilling to replace it. He was willing to refund my money, and have a seamstress repair it. NO THANK YOU! I learned two valuable lessons, never smoke in my room, and never use 5 points cleaners again."
