"I placed a order Monday and it was ready early Tuesday. I went to pick it up twice on Tuesday. One person was working returns and no one working customer service. There was 5 plus in line and I waited 20 min before walking out both times. I saw three employees standing around self checkout and one employee putting up returns. I order online to make it quick. The employee at the returns was going as fast as she could and answering phone calls with customers being rang up for returns."
