"I had to ask the cashier in cosmetics was anyone working in shoes. She pointed out 2 women of which I hadn't previously seen. The African American woman standing @ a distance hollering whata you need twice. I apologized and told her I was so sorry didn't know she worked there...she gave me a frown, bobbed her head around and rolled her eyes as if to say duh. Ma'am first of all your head was tied up in a scarf with jeans and sneakers on and working in the public. Took a long sigh as if she didn't wanna be bothered at all before going to look for what I wanted. Please be professional or be gone."

"It might be small but the service is excellent. I dropped in a few weeks ago on my lunch break with a list of Christmas gifts I needed to buy and explained this to the sales person. She took the time to personally take me to each section of the store and made great suggestions that helped me stay within my budget. I was able to complete half my shopping on my lunch break.
