"I’ve been using Parkway for over 27 years and today, 2/13/24, ends that relationship. They have overpriced themselves on all their services and by adding a tech surcharge was the final straw. Over the years the nail clipping fees has continued to rise. $18 to me was a lot for a 5 minute procedure but with the new tech fee of $10 added, it’s time for me to look for another vet. There’s a lot of good people At Parkway and I will truly miss them but they are no longer thinking of the little “dog.” Why did pet care become so expensive? It’s no wonder shelters are full and fur babies aren’t being adopted. Sad."

"Parkway is a great place. The staff are very caring and compassionate. Donna knew how concerned I was when I called about our sick dog and she was able to get us worked in the same day. When we got there, the tech Linda, made us feel very comfortable and at ease. Our Vet Malachai was very welcoming. He listened to all our concerns and came up with a plan of care and offered a "next step" plan of care in case what we were doing didn't help. They made sure we knew what each medication was and how and when to administer. We left feeling comforted and less stressed knowing that our dog received great care."
