In our small town , word of mouth is everything. I don't want one person's one-sided opinion to reflect negatively on this family-owned company when they have so much to offer you!! Unfortunately, when we have family emergencies and/or situations, it does cause us family-owned businesses to get behind on our work or we may not be able to accommodate our customers as promptly as they would like. "****WARNING DO NOT USE! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!**** We paid $450 less than a month ago to have our septic tank pumped out and it is already completely full. This is a huge septic tank and takes at least 4 years to fill up, they just took our money and did not bother to do the job. Tried to call them to have them come back out and fix it and the man refused to come back or give us a refund and then hung up the phone! BEWARE, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM"
