"They responded very quickly but couldn't help me. They were more interested in trying to sell me expensive home sealing and improvements than just figuring out what was in my crawlspace and getting it gone with a trap or poison. Not looking to spend thousands just to get something gone. That's a new one for me, an exterminator that won't exterminate. The gist of it as I understood it was, they don't trap critters, except if you agree to the big money home improvements. Presumably, they don't just do improvements and leave the creatures down there, sealed inside? So they must do some tapping and baiting, but only if you pay the big money."

"Critter Cowboys of Thomaston was very professional and thorough in evicting the bats in my office ceiling/attic space. They completely sealed the entire exterior perimeter of our office building, removed a large amount of bat feces (guano), and then totally cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected the attic space as well as replaced the contaminated insulation and ceiling tiles. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and patient to answer all of my questions. They completed the job in a timely manner. I highly recommend them."
