"Went to go purchase a drier and associate and her boy friend told me they was sold out and that they had sold all 4 that was in stock boyfreind continue to be rude and talk very in coherent and said that we are all sick!! You know man at that point I felt for our safety because he started for the door and young lady just look dum found me and brother left to to get back to the safety of our truck I have never experienced a home depot that was let go like this I will not go in evening time no more!! Beware"
"I went in to purchase a hot water heater. I had to go to service desk to find aisle for product . Upon selection of product I wanted to purchase I went back to service desk to inquire on possible delivery options. I was told cost would be $85 but they could not deliver until next week. I said never mind we will just pay for it, he said I will need to call someone to see if product is available first, we had the price tag with all information on it and advised him there are 4 on the shelf. He said he would need to get it verified, I said never mind, please call someone to assist my daughter and I with loading the product from the second shelf. After waiting 10 minutes and no assistance I went in search of a dolly cart, my daughter and I loaded the product onto the cart, went to self checkout which was the only option and paid. I then asked the young lady to call for assistance to load the product into our pickup. These big box stores do not have good customer service and it is sad. I am 79 years old . I quit using lowes because the quality of their products have decreased and prices are higher. Now I have a bad experience with home depot."
