"The staff are nice and helpful. But you can never seem to get them on the phone when I call. Also their plans are expensive and they always try to upsell you every time you come in. I’m honestly thinking about going somewhere else. Also they aren’t opening 24/7 so in an emergency I come out of pocket a lot of money and then follow up with them afterwards. Just not liking the system right now. They are convenient for other things, but I’m going to shop around when I get a chance."

"I have had nothing but positive experiences in my past year with Banfield Pet Hospital of Conyers. The staff is always super friendly and very loving with my pups, But I especially love, Dr. Sweeney and Peyton because both have been so patient with me as a first time dog mom and my wild boys, Remi and Riley. Dropping my dogs off with them is always an easy experience because my dogs are comfortable going there. Keep up the great work!"
"I wish they would get the payment with card on file issue taken care of. There has been more than one situation where there is nothing wrong with my card on file, but they said it declined. I called my bank and they said it is on Banfield’s end. This time it happened the guy at the register gave a number to call to re-save the card. It seems suspect to me, if I am honest, and I didn’t feel comfortable with it. I just had surgery and couldn’t come in to handle it, so someone else dealt with this and I felt bad that they had to deal with the inconvenience and the wait. I also don’t like that they keep the animals so long for minor issues. My dog won’t eat just any food, and she won’t function well when she is nervous, so that means she’s hungry and not using the restroom the entire time she’s there. They call you and tell you the dog is ready, but isn’t. Additionally, every time we go there for one thing, there is often some other things that “need to be done” that costs more than what was quoted."
