"I just called this vet explained to them that my dogs head was swollen and his neck has been this way sconce Saturday got worse yesterday and today it has swollen more and I told her I couldn't afford the emergency clinic or I would have taken him yesterday he needs to be scene and she said they were booked up as far as I'm concern these are this person taking calls don't give a !!! About your pets I would not recommended this vet and I have never use them and I want"

"I once liked bringing my pets here but my last visit was so disheartening. I was in the lobby area when I saw an employee altercation, it appeared a Doctor or member of management was belittling an employee. As an employee manager myself, this was grossly unprofessional and I cannot accept this. I will not be giving this clinic my business. Please appreciate your staff, without them you would not have your roles."

"I have taken my pets to this vet mostly because of the location. The staff is very friendly and that's a plus. However I have consistently been offered treatments and medicines for my pets that don't seem to be in their best interest. This place will nickel and dime you and require you to come in for a visit just to bill you. My dog had a persistent issue and they charged me thousands of dollars to treat it with no resolution. I went online and found information about an herbal remedy that has all but cured my dog's condition. A better vet would have given me all of the options not just the ones that line the practice's pocket. If you just need vaccinations or routine care this place is fine. I don't trust them with anything more serious."

"I’m so thankful that our Ollie boy had such a great team helping him get well today. I can definitely feel the love, care, compassion, & passion that the staff has for fur babies & are a dedicated team of staff. I’m thankful for how quick we were able to be seen & how fast everyone jumped into action to care for my sweet boy, to give him a fighting chance. Thankfully, this clinic is in our neighborhood & took no time getting to it. Little did we know, we would also have a surprise on our hands when we found out she was actually a HE! Thank you for also helping ease our minds even though we aren’t fully out of the woods yet. But with the knowledge & care, I think in no time Ollie will be back to his full potential. We definitely will recommend this vet clinic in the future as we had such a loving experience while we were there. And no worries, Little Ollie will be coming by to visit & give everyone snuggles! "This was probably the best vet we’ve ever been to. Their care is amazing and their pricing is incredibly fair. We used them for multiple surgeries and check ups for our golden retriever, Lila Mae over the last 4 years. We had to let go of our 14yr 11month Golden Retriever and they handled this very painful process with grace and immense empathy. We still talk about today how their involvement in her passing was a true gift for making that process a little easier. We would recommend 1000%. Thank you to the Leland team for all that you do.
