They took great care of him, and called to check on him after his vaccinations. They’re the sweetest and were cheaper for their puppy packages compared to neighboring veterinary offices."
"We were looking for a new vet after a terrible experience with our old vet and we are so glad that we found Riverstone Animal Hospital. The location is convenient, closer, clean and welcoming. The staff are amazing. The front office staff were very nice when we came in to view the practice. They answered all of our questions and offered to take us on a tour of the clinic. We made an appointment for our fur babies and we were not disappointed. We saw Dr Caleb who was awesome too. The vet tech Laura was great! She explained everything well and was very informative. They made us feel as if they really cared more about our pets than just making a buck. Dr Caleb was thorough, and even followed up via email with a plan for our next visit. We were also provided with the results of Bamboo and Mandu's visit. We are so happy to have found Riverstone Animal Hospital. If you have pets and want the best experience for them as well as you, I highly suggest that you bring them to Riverstone Animal Hospital!!!!"
"The staff is super friendly and kind. It’s very clean and has a good floor plan, as well. I liked all the windows and how you can see how your pets are being cared for. They were very transparent with the cost before treatment, and also followed through with a phone call and email."
"We had to take our sweet 1 and 10 months old border collie in today for a medical emergency and although this has been one of the most difficult and stressful situations we have ever encountered, riverstone animal hospital handled us with true honest care and I could truly see that our nurse was extremely empathetic towards our situation as she shared tears with me over a dog that wasn’t even hers.
