"It has taken me over a month to finally write this Google review. Our wonderful Golden retriever puppy lived too short of a puppy life of only 5 months before passing away. Our time with MAC was very special from the beginning starting with initial visits and vaccines. We felt so welcomed by the staff and Dr. Dan. I enjoyed the ease of texting the clinic or easily catching someone on the phone. My questions for the vet specifically were always answered the same day. We unfortunately had to call after hours a few times with urgent issues and never felt to be an inconvenience. The staff would also follow up on our issues to see if they had resolved. When our puppy’s condition progressed to an intestinal obstruction, Dr. Dan proceeded with surgery as quickly as possible on a holiday. I can’t believe how fast it all happened for our puppy to be evaluated, diagnosed, and taken to surgery. Although our puppy did not survive, Dr. Dan and his staff were so comforting. They served me as a vet, a chaplain, a counselor, and also a friendly neighbor. I will always be thankful of their kindness on such a tragic day for my family and know that there will be many visits ahead for our next furry pets at MAC"

"Thank you Dr. Caldwell and staff for treating us so kindly as we had to make the worst decision this morning. I am so grateful for the gentleness, thoroughness, and carefulness of this staff. Yesterday, Dr. Caldwell was on the phone with my husband while he explained what was wrong with our sweet Spanky, and Dr. Caldwell had not even met us yet. He easily made us an appointment for this morning, where he affirmed our decision about it being time and treated us with respect. It was the comfort I needed to let out dog go.
