"Today is my last day as a client after 20+ years of using Crestview AH. There is no doubt in my mind that the vet practices have been modified to keep up with the growth of the practice by generating more revenue for 'office visits'. For example, my dog routinely goes to this vet. (And my prior dogs, too.) The vet appropriately looks at his teeth every time (irrespective of why I'm there) and talk to me about whether he needs dental work in the future. Yet today I called to sched a teeth cleaning and they told me I have to come in first to get his teeth assessed and then come back for the cleaning. In the past, for my other dogs, it was all one visit to get teeth cleaned. I am shocked at the rate increases at Crestview and this another blatant attempt to milk another office vi$it. Teeth cleaning is already expensive yet they managed to make it even more expensive by adding a visit. I've had issues with boarding lately at Crestview, too, thanks to so many different techs with no continuity of handling. Today was my tipping point...Time to leave. Crestview AH was so much better before they got so big."
"Dr Trevi Yu and Crestview Animal Hospital have always gone over and above to help our pets! We are convinced Dr Yu’s care of our Jack Russell “Joy” extended the time we had with her, keeps “Sheldon” going strong at 9yrs old and now she will be treating our newest Jack-chi pup “Willow”!"
"We brought our toy poodle Chico here as a follow up from a wild animal attack he got surgery for 5 days prior. Although it ended up an ER visit bc he couldn’t breathe, they took him in and started care instantly and kept us updated every few minutes. Unfortunately we had to put him to sleep as the complications with the injuries he sustained was too high. The team was so delicate and caring and let us take him home to bury him."
