"Buckle up. This is going to be a long read. I was referred to Uptown though my regular vet. My dog was very sick, After a visit to an emergency vet who shall remain nameless, but should in future review be condemned and have their doors sealed for life, Uptown was my saving Grace. They took my dog in the minute I walked in the door and started treating her. This place is incredible. I've interacted with multiple staff members over the last week as my dog has had continued treatment and care. If you want people to care about your pets as much as you do, this is the place to take them. Zoe is an incredible member of the team who made it her personal mission to keep my dog company during the days she was there. Everyone is amazing, friendly and passionate about being there. They called every afternoon to give me updates. Their prices are great as well. I have been to a few other offices in the Columbus area and have left nearly robbed. Uptown is affordable, compassionate, upbeat and I would tell anyone with a fur baby to go to their office without question."
