"Scheduled an appointment on the phone several weeks ago for 9/12. I took a half day off work, showed up to the appointment & they stated there was no record of any appointment. I rescheduled because of THEIR mistake to 9/22. Because I have a sick child at home, I needed to reschedule the appointment. I was told because it was a same day cancellation they would no longer see my animals together. This is a horrible way to treat a customer when there were NO repercussions or concessions for when RRAC didn't hold my first appointment. When I told the phone attendant this, I was told too bad & that was the policy. We will no longer be going to RRAC and I would encourage you to look elsewhere too!"
