CSI Restoration & Cleaning

"We recently had water damage to the lower floor of our two story home. CSI was recommended to me so we enlisted their help and assistance. John Folta and Alana Strange showed up quickly and assessed the job. They got started quickly and kept me updated al along the way. My wife and I lived in the home during the cleaning and restoration process. The CSI staff kept me informed during the process and took the extra time to keep our home clean and livable throughout the restoration! Alana was my contact for the pack-out and moving back in following the cleaning and restoration. She was very knowledgeable and had a great personality! I highly recommend them to insurance companies and individuals that need someone to take care of their restorative needs. Everyone at CSI... John, Alana, Heather and the others whom I cannot remember all the names, are just really good, honest and caring people!! John got me in touch with Clifford Standridge and he took care of the construction part of the restoration process. Clifford and his crew are very skilled and talented! They did an excellent job on replacing our floors, sheetrock repairs, and some painting that was needed. We are extremely happy with their work and the results!! "BEWARE. I recently had a horrible experience with this company. I had contracted them to clean very specific parts of a rental I own but when then tenants showed up for move in, the unit was not clean. Only one item we had agreed to was actually clean. I then had to go to the townhouse and clean for 2 hours myself so my tenets could move in. The floors were not swept or mopped, appliances and cabinets not wiped down as agreed. Fans and window sills filthy, even though we discussed doing this in advance and it is outlined on the invoice. I even sent them pictures. What's worse is that even after I contacted them, they never called me back and still charged my card! I have disputed this with my credit card company, but what a hassle. Save yourself the trouble and get a company that will do what is right when they make a mistake. The pictures below are just a small sampling of what it looked like "after" the cleaning!"

"I have loved working with CSI! We had a pipe burst in our kitchen which sent water into our kitchen, laundry room, living room and dining room. CSI packed us out and moved our furniture back in after our renovations were complete. They sent a cleaning crew to deep clean all of the dust and grit that was stirred up during the renovation process. The ladies that they sent were fabulous!!! They were quick but efficient, and my house looked and smelled amazing. Thank you CSI!!"
