Asked my son if he was smoking something and if he was phishing just because my son asked if he could get cash back. You should be ashamed, and you just lost a customer. You have a wonderful day."
"I’ve been here with my son, and they know him well, because he tries to shop there regularly. Most electronic equipment (video game discs, movies, accessories) are tested before they go on the floor. Useless parts are thrown out, since they can’t be sold. My son rarely returns games there, since they make sure the games can be played. The PS2 controller he bought was in excellent condition. Worth 6 stars, but I only get 5."
"Always great customer service. The owner Robert is a stand up guy. All the staff I met is knowledge about what they have. Have a variety of classic games, shows,movies, comics, collectibles, accessories. They often have things you can't find in GameStop or Best Buy"
