"I started using Cycology last year after moving in to the Acworth area from Marietta. I've always been quite pleased with the service and pricing at this shop. This year, I needed more than routine service on my bike. I'd been having trouble getting comfortable on my bike after some significant physical changes in my life. I turned to the folks at Cycology for a fitting and it was a great decision. Mike took wonderful care of me while I was there. Most importantly, he set the right expectations and told me exactly what I should expect to happen, what I should NOT expect and how to bridge the gap between the two. All of the advice he gave me was on point and well explained. There was no double speak and no desire to sell me things that I did not need. I am very pleased with the level of professionalism and fair pricing. In an age when everything is easier to do online, these guys are giving you a good and solid reason for making the in-person visit to their shop. "I was heavily into cycling in the mid 2000. Had to step away for almost a decade. This included a hip replacement. Now at 64 I had a really bad itch to get back on the bike. This transition including my wife getting a bike as well. The crew at Cycology were not only helpful in setting up my wife on a bike but have been very awesome anytime she has needed any service or help. Thanks to Ira and the crew with their patience as I moved back to the bike and have not only helped with our bikes but are very informative with merchandise as well as hooked me up with a crazy awesome rack that works for both vehicles. I would highly recommend if you are a beginner or a regular miler stop by and spend some time if its a new bike or upgrading. "Me and my Pup have Enjoyed our Bike rides in the park. But My Seat had my butt hurting...lol I purchased a New Seat for My bike. I can't wait for Our Bike rides in the Park. It's great Excercise too. I went to this Bike shop. They had great CSR. P.s. I would Have given 5 Stars But: They need to Invest in a Automatic door. Its really hard trying to get your Bike through the door to Leave and Go Out by yourself. #cycleologybikeshop"
