Keon would not honor it and told me Ray the store manager was gone for the day and I could come back the next day. I'll never patronize this location again. They were supposed to honor the price tag on the shoe."

I ordered a Jordan hoodie to be delivered to my home address but it was delivered to the store signed for by someone in the store but somehow it disappeared so I re-ororded it and instead of sending it to my home they again sent it to the store, so now I have to drive"

"If I could give zero stars I would. One of the worst shoe stores ever. Went here looking for a particular grade school Jordan retro. They said they had the size I wanted and brought them to the register. While getting ready to pay, a manager grabbed the shoe box and said these are for someone. I looked at him puzzled and said what are you talking about they just brought them out here for me. He said these are the last pair and they're for a co woker. What a poorly run place where managers are back dooring shoes. Even called cooperate and they haven't gotten back to me."

"This store was overall horrible, me and my bf went to go get some shoes for a family and when we asked for the shoes the first time he said he would get them but never got them, he then attended someone else and completely ignored us. I asked this time and all he said was “yeah” and continued to ignore us again and never got the shoes, he then continued to state that the store was closing in 10 minutes. We could not even ask anyone else for help because he seemed to be the only person on the floor, but was on his phone most of the time. Horrible."

"I am not a fan of thrashing people or businesses but the policy that DTLR has is a horrific business model. I went in the store and could not I find my size for my son. We checked several other stores and we came back and settled on another shoe! My son tried on the left shoe and they were a good fit so we went to the counter pay for the shoes and I went on my way. Several hours later I saw the particular shoe that I really wanted online so I decided the next day I will return the shoes to get my money back to purchase the other shoes. I was one of the first customers to enter the store the next day and spoke with the manager.... she was very cordial but immediately informed me that I cannot return my shoes and she can only give me a store credit even though the shoes had not been worn and I had a receipt! Come to find out 2 1/2 feet away from the register there’s a sign that says store credit only if you use a debit card .....and a full return if you use a credit card! Don’t understand why this is so?..... because the transaction was made just a few hours ago when you took my money but now when I asked for a back you have a problem?! So in my mind I’m trying to figure out how did they come up with this idiotic policy?! ... One guess is because maybe they have a lot of people of color who patronize this business and many of them do not have credit cards and use cash or debit cards to pay for the purchases?! Either way on the other side of town when you go to Academy sports, footlocker, Dicks sporting goods they are not trying to bamboozle you out of your money! I guess this is DTLR’s way of paying homage to the large number of its clientele that patronizes this evil enterprise!....This is my first time ever buying anything from this company and It definitely will be my last! ..... Maybe you guys should make it a policy to tell your customers their options before they pay! This post was made by the newest anti-DTLR fanboy!..... Ya’ll need to go and kick rocks!"
