"I was very pleased with the staff but not with the online ordering .I had a big order for baseball equipment I ordered online because I had online coupons and cash back deals to used up. My online order was cancelled and with 20 mins till try out time I and my two children had to run around the store and grab mutiple items quickly the older woman.and young man on second shift were very helpful. However I lost over 40 dollars in savings because an an entire order was cancelled over one out of stock item.. very inconvenient."
