"My check engine light came on and my air cabin was making a loud whirring noise, which had my anxiety to the roof. Zane went above and beyond to help solve the problem . Zane has excellent customer service skills , which is hard to come by these days. I drove off feeling at ease that the problem was fixed ! Thank you Zane!"
"Battery in our vehicle just began to show signs of it being on ifs last legs a few days ago and yesterday it died. We were still about 7 miles from Elijay so we got a jump and came here. The guy was quick to get the battery for us, however, he could not install the battery because it was raining (only lightly at the time). So we said if you got the tools we can do it ourselves and he provided the tools for us. We swapped the batteries and he took off the core charge and we left. The experience was fine, the employee was quick and I’m sure he was just following policy. Expensive to replace the battery but everything is now unfortunately."
