"Bought a bed, mattress and box springs. The mattress was recommended by ms Clark. It was horrible to sleep on but I gave it a month to see if it would improve over time. No luck. Went back in to ask to exchange for a different mattress but was told no way. She never asked what the problem was or tried to resolve the issue. Said her husband would call. He never did until my second visit. He said if it was a mfg defect he would exchange but that was the only way. I asked how would anyone know if they don't come and look at the mattress. He wasn't interested in doing that either. Said i bought it and it was mine. In summary, if they treat me, a new customer like that, I'm sure they done that to many others. My advice, avoid these people like the plague"
