Sonic Drive-In

"I had to go through the drive-thru because it was sprinkling, and they have no cover at the drive-thru so rolling the window down the entire inside of my car got wet. The food was good though."

"Pulled into Sonic. They made us move over to the inside lanes because they weren't taking orders on the outside ones because it was raining. Unable to back out because another vehicle backing out, the worker kept telling husband to move to other side. He told her 3 different times he couldn't because a vehicle was blocking us. Then when he was able to move to the opposite side and ordered she brought and order that was more than what showed on the screen and told him that it was more than what it showed and the payment didn't go through. Needless to say the payment on our order had already showed on our account. Finally we got our food that we ordered and amazingly it was correct."

"My 8 year old son loves Sonic so when I passed by this location he made me promise to stop on our way back home since we weren't from this city & a long way from home. The lady on the headset had us repeat the order at least 3 times as she said she couldn't hear in her headset so she walked out to the car & directly took the order. It took at least 20 to 25 minutes to finally get the food out to us. I looked in the bag & my order had tater tots but I specifically asked for French fries because my son & I both hate tater tots (she took the order standing in my face but still wrote it incorrectly) so this took another 5 or 10 minutes to correct just for French fries... Imagine my frustration with a hungry 8 year old with ADHD in the backseat... I gave the lady my debit card to pay for the order & she took my card and walked off to another vehicle handing out food... Who does that?? Swipe my card & give it back... She finally gets back to my car 5 minutes later & drops my card on the ground and instead of picking it up like a normal person, she scooted my card on the gritty ground with her foot & now my debit card is all smudged & scratched up on the back... This is my first & last time coming to this particular Sonic... Worst experience I ever had smh"

"I never really eat over here in this area. I had to wait over 30 minutes for food because they messed up my order. They come back after 15 minutes with my newly revised order just for it to be messed up again. Burger was cold. I'm just not coming here again I'd rather drive 20 minutes to the next city to get better service!! No napkins. I'm highly frustrated right now because I didn't feel good all day I decided to come get food so I don't have to cook and it was just a disastrous experience."
