"Horrible service. Waited so long, and the place wasn't busy. The chicken was hard and dry and the lady just kept tossing the chicken to see which piece was ok. Definitely was not what I was expecting."

"This place has very good food. Their French fries use to be excellent but no longer are good. They taste dried out so I do not order them anymore. The last few times we got fish they were very greasy. Until then they were excellent. I believe that someone else is cooking and not draining grease off fish. I have asked them to drain my fish well but they just do not listen. Their cole slaw, potatoes salad, hamburgers are excellent. All in all this is best place in Pelham to eat. I thought I would talk to manager about the grease."
"Despite moving to both NC and VA over the last few years, anytime we are home for a few days, getting take out from Chicken Trax is one of our MUST do's! My granny loves this place, and so do we! AMAZING service and food. The chicken livers make you wanna slap yo.....well, you know the rest!"
"Normally I receive good service, but the lady at the window had an attitude. I asked for fresh fries couldn't get that. There wasn't anything fresh on my plate. My food wasn't even warm. The chicken was hard to chew. I paid 15$ for some bs. Asked for extra napkins, she said they're in your plate, they were greasy from the chicken."
