"One employee has spoiled it for me, no more Maryland Fried Chicken!!! This evening my husband and I drove from Tallahassee to Quincy to dine at Maryland Chicken Shack. It was an unforgettable experience! After driving 21 miles, we arrived around 7 pm to find only drive thru services. After waiting about 30 minutes in the drive thru we get to the window to make an order, there was a super-large mean unpleasant wo-man taking orders. No greeting but an undesirable look on her face. I placed our order but failed to order a drink. Therefore, upon her return to the window I apologized for ordering a drink at that time. She turned away from the window with a negative and nasty attitude. Before she handed me our order I asked for condiments. Her expression and body language showed pure frustration. Therefore, I said to her that I hope she has a good night and get some rest. She cussed me out and told me that I don't have to come back to the store!!! She was screaming and yelling like a lunatic. I was extremely disappointed in her behavior and nasty disposition. She's right, I will never go back to that restaurant. In the past, it was a pleasant chicken shack but now this big mouth employee is going to ruin their business. I will frequent Lindys or KFC, Maryland Chicken is off my radar, forever!"

"I stopped in Quincy, Florida, on my way back home to the Midwest. There are no restaurants near the interstate, so I ventured into town… And I’m so glad that I did! This fried chicken is fantastic… cooked perfectly to mean, still moist and tender. And the breading is wonderful tasty! (I sure wish they sold T-shirts)"

"Food was absolutely fantastic. Cooked just right, done, and just right crispy. Lady workers were friendly, responsive, and dedicated to providing the best service. Atmosphere was very pleasant and inviting. Premises were very clean and no trashy appearance. Overall, I had a great experience with this restaurant. Great Job...!!!"

"So the fries were undercooked with no seasoning. The talipia tastes like water. How can corn nuggets not taste like corn? They even messed up the tea. Very weird experience. Will not return."
