"When I called to order I asked how much a large 1 meat topping I was quoted $13.99 when it was time to pay it was higher. Also pizza was cold very distasteful, the wings tasted like cardboard and the wings are generally good. Every time I call to order personal pan pizza, seem to be sold out. This is the Pizza Hut in Quincy, Fl I will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut ever again."

"Ordered online waited, standing in line over an hour only to have to cancel. Pizza wasn't started. Thankfully neither had my husband card been charged. What's the use of ordering online. There were over 20 people in line inside and outside waiting, only 2 people received their order. Ridiculous!"
"Pizza melt crust was very hard on the top..sort of like a pretzel. Didn't have alot of meat or cheese inside, and sauce is in a container, not on the melt. (Meat lovers) Chicken wings were fresh and crispy..not much of a lemon pepper flavor though. Maybe you have to ask for more lemon pepper.."
