"At this particular visit it was a three because no one acknowledged you was in the restaurant. But I have been in there other times with different shift a different crew and they were more closer to a five but could still show some improvement."

"After placing my order thru the app, driving to the store and checking in for curbside pickup I had to wait 35 minutes before I received my order. The store was not very busy but the few customers there had been waiting for extended times. After waiting in my car for 20 minutes I entered the store and had to wait 10 minutes before any employee came to the counter then waited another 5 minutes to get my order. There were definitely not enough employees working and I believe that was the problem. Perhaps the owner of this store should focus more on acquiring, training and retaining employees and focus less on their bank accounts."

"Ordered my family and my food on the app to be picked up at the drive thru. Get there and they tell me the drive thru is closed and they need me to come inside. I placed the order at 745 on a Friday night. I go inside and stand there for no less than 10 minutes before anyone even speaks to me. I finally tell the girl at counter my mobile order number and they don't have it. Manager comes out and she tells me I have to change it to lobby on the app. They finally find it and start making it 15 minutes after I've been inside. People that came in after me left before me. My wife called from the parking lot and asked what was going on and I told her they lost our order. Manager lady starts yelling at me from the register while In front of another customer for saying something on my own phone. Then tells employees they better hurry and get me out of there. They gave me my food with a melted slushie, half cooked fries, no bottle of water, no toy in my infants happy meal, and Manager told me I can go ahead and complain if I want to. Never at any time was I rude to this lady. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. I would give a zero if I could."
