"I always experience an issue when I go to the KFC drive thru. This past Sunday, I went to get a meal for my family and the young lady asked me, “all dark or all white,” so I said all white. A few seconds later, she kept saying, “can we mix it, can we mix it, can we mix it?” I thought she was talking to someone inside because she did not address me. So after the 5th time yelling can we mix it, I said yes ma’am! Professional and good customer service goes a long way y’all! SMH"
"First, they have the hot wings sign on their menu board, but don't sell them. Then I said OK, I'll take a pot pie. Answer you will have to wait a long time for a pot pie. I said OK give me 4 chicken legs and a side of coleslaw. I pulled up to the window and paid. I was instructed to pull up to the curb and they would bring out my order. I pulled up, and 25 minutes later they came out with my order."
"The wait was long the food was nearly cold. The young man that took my order,was wear a hat as a head accessory, with the speed of a sleeply turtle. My order was, A.) Wrong B.) Missing items. Over the last few visits (3) my orders has been incorrect. I won't be going back anytime soon."
