"We waited over an hour and we beat the crowd if that tells u anything. The place was super tight and cramped everyone is watching u, no privacy what so ever, very dim lit. Only ever had one waitress check on us. They said we were only allowed 2 rolls yet we spent over 50$ a plate. My husband got the steak and asked for steak sauce that never came and being as though only one waitress was assigned to us she never came back to ask of we needed anything, he ended up just taking it togo. I was super disappointed in the size of the grilled shrimp they were no bigger than my thumb so I didn't get full and spent WAY more than I should have. No music, no entertainment, just a big room full of too many people with small portions of okay overpriced food."
"Friends took us to Pond House Restaurant. They sat us at a big table at one end. Other people sat at the other end. They were not with us. But when we went to pay they already had tip put on it because said group. We had to explain we wasn't with that group we were just at that table. Our food was great and waitress was great too."
"I hadn’t been to the Pond House in years. Some friends of ours asked us to join them for dinner. Our friends had the smoked pork chops, and they looked awesome. My wife had the grilled grouper, said it was the best she had ever had. I had the fried oysters and they were good. Going to the Pond House should be planned as relaxing evening. It’s not close to anything but the food makes the journey worthwhile."
