"Oh my good open up in Dothan please Monica the food was great and Dothan need you. Soul food that is lick your fingers good. Here is the thing if it wasn't for the funeral I never would have known about this place. Very sad. Under stated road in rural area. We had it catered after a funeral and they opened up just for us. Everything catered was terrific and they served us. Mac and cheese, cabbage, fried chicken, baked chicken, sting beans, fried fish. My family when we go out to eat usually prefer my food at home and I get upset because food outside don't usually hit the mark but even my child finished his food ask for more to take home. My husband didn't attend but ate the plate I brought home no one complaint and he ate fresh water fish and didn't complain he prefer salt water fish being from the Bahamas. Please move closer Monica to Dothan our tourist and locals need you."

"This was a couple years ago and I didn't think about leaving reviews. Anyway, a couple of times they actually had collard greens on the menu and my sick mom wanted those badly. I don't remember what else we ordered but there was a very nice young lady who actually delivered our order since we only live a half mile down the road. I think this happened twice and both times the food was EXCELLENT! We enjoyed it very much. On another night, months later, we stopped in and ordered fish. It's been a while so I cant remember what else we had but the food was very good, the place was clean and nice and the service was great. We will definitely be back."

"We ate in Monica's Crab Shack on the way from Destin to Atlanta. I definitely recommend the place and would eat there again. I had their crab boil. The food was fresh, tasted delicious, the portion was very big; the ambiance is simple, but everything is very clean. The food is cooked to order (this is not fast food in any sense of the word). Since their menu is not posted anywhere on Internet, that crab boil had two clusters of crabs, fish, shrimp, corn cobs, potatoes and was $23. They also had shrimp and fish dishes, fried seafood platter etc. The restaurant is tucked among trees some half a minute off the main road, hwy 431 (Destin/Panama City to ATL)."
