"The staff didnt seem very interested in the customers. The order kiosks have taken the personal touch out of the experience its a major disservice."
"I ordered from the app and stopped and went in for an apple pie and shake while driving through town. The pie would've taken about 10 minutes to fry, and I wanted to quickly get back on the road. I asked if I could get a sundae instead. She said no problem, I got back on the road in no time. I appreciate the little things they do for their customers."

"We enjoyed our visit, but service was very slow and now that they have kiosks and apps there service at counter was like the employee didn't want to help me. The women restrooms were not well kept. Tables in lobby were dirty. I hope they start doing better and have more pride in their jobs. The food was greasy and tasty. ."
