"Went inside to order lunch and stretch our legs. Took it with us. Decent food. SUPER NICE STAFF! Clean."
"The person working the front would only take one order at a time from the drive-thru or the counter. She would then do everything to fill that order without taking any other orders. She was moving so slow, that the guys in the kitchen were asking people what they wanted so they could start making it to speed up the service times. the leader board by the drive-thru window showed them at #47 when I got there, & it was in the low 50s when I left with an avg wait time for the drive-thru of over 11 mins. No, they were not swamped. There was one person in the pull ahead lane, one at the drive-thru window, & me at the counter with 2 others waiting behind me. But, they left without ordering. That was it. It is hard to believe this location is on by the same folks that have the Headland location. The 2 stores are only a few miles apart in location, but a world apart in how they treat customers!!"
"We waited at the speaker for 5 minutes with no response. We pulled around to the window and there was a car already at the window trying to get the employees attention. No one responded to either of us and there were 4 employees in the parking lot talking and laughing with some friends in the parking lot. Worst place I have ever been to in a long time!"
"We walked in the atmosphere of the greeting friendly faces was beyond expectations. We don't have a Hardee's where we live the price was great very reasonable compared to other restaurants especially for the combo meals. They also have great deals on breakfast and lunch. The service was great. Everytime we come through we stop by and no matter if they have a full staff or short staff the customer is always the priority and each manager makes sure the food goes out in an accordingly and timely manner. We will return again. Thanks again the whole staff at Abbeville Hardee's"
