"We hit a lot of Mexican restaurants. It's one of my go-to foods. El Jalisco was OK. Our hostess definitely did not have the mostest, and this is unfortunate since it can set the tone of our dining experience. The tamales were good, but I've had better. The garlic shrimp was good, but I've had better. Maybe we caught them on an off day. We're looking forward to trying them again."
