"Waited 30 minutes in line at the drive thru, just for them to finally come out and ask what I even had. And the only reason why they came out was because I was holding up their line which I moved up already for. Ridiculous to wait this long for an order just for them to forget about it. Burger King service has really gone down hill. Used to be so much better."

"Had been an everyday diner but stopped because of poor food and service. Decided to go back today. Waited 15 minutes still no food. I go to get a refund so I could just leave. I got shushed, yelled at and told to shut up and threatened by a cook to meet me outside! I had not raised my voice once until the manager on duty yelled at me and told me she hoped she never sees me again! The lady in drive through was sweet, helpful and kept apologizing for her coworkers behavior."

"I'm guessing the owners must have given up on the restaurant. Inside is falling apart. Drive thru is practically non existent. Waited behind one car for 20 minutes because I wanted a whopper. When I had finished ordering at McDonald's the other car was still there. Since the hurricane the store has gone downhill. Ate there once in the last two years and the food was terrible. Living locally I find it sad every time I drive past it."
