"We waited a very long time for our pizza. Everyone in the dining room was served long before us, most had ordered after us. Finally, a employee brought a pizza and said this must be yours. It was completely cold and terribly overcooked. We were never given silverware and we had to ask for plates. I had to insist that they make us another pizza. There was no reason for all of this. The first pizza obviously sat there and no one bothered to check on it, much less make sure it was served to us. The service was terrible. We were very disappointed with this restaurant"

"9/9/23 ordered a personal pan for my wife: White sauce, extra cheese, extra black olive… got home and the pizza had been made with red sauce so I call and they tell me they are sorry and that they will add a credit to my account for their mistake which was great and I was glad at how professional they were, went in today 9/11/23 to redeem the credit and get the personal pan pizza which they honored and I thought all was great… I get home and the pizza was yet again made with red sauce after specifically telling the guys at the counter to make the pizza with white sauce, extra cheese, and extra olives……. How do you make the exact same mistake two times in a row to the same customer? If you don’t have the white sauce just tell me and I wouldn’t waste your time asking you to make it instead of making the order wrong twice!"
