"Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my whole 23 years. Walked in with my partner, had a coupon 15$ for 2 large whopper meals and a gift card with 15$ limit. Waited about 5 minutes just to find someone to take our order. Finally a guy came up and everyone came out of the back room acting like they were doing their job. He took our simple order, we then gave him the coupon and tried paying with my gift card and the rest limit on my partners debit card. We tried many times swiping the gift card it kept decking when I had just checked limit right before walking in. He just didn't care for his job at this point or well at any point. We told him we're not to sure what's going on we have a balance of 15$ on it. He kept telling us " idk just keep swiping it". At this point we were fed up with the his carelessness. We tried paying using the debit and he looked over and said " oh you gave up on that." Our food was already out by the time we walked away from paying knowing it was not fresh it was cold. I don't understand, if people don't care or like for their job, their are so many jobs out there why waste there time being careless and rude to people?"

"All Burger Kings suffer in service. Slow with wait. Prices are so ewhat high but $5 2-4 helps. The server her was better than many but that was because this person helped get what we wanted at a lower cost. Rare at BK."

"This place is usually pretty dirty and the food is never correct. Don't know what happened but stopped in today and the place was clean food was prepared neatly and everyone had good attitudes. Got to be new management!"

"I did not receive a receipt. The windows were slammed shut after each transaction. The order was completely messed up. Ordered double ham egg & cheese croissant. Got the flattest croissant I've ever seen with bacon & sausage in it. Ordered a double bacon egg & cheese croissant minus the egg. Got another flat croissant with cheese & what looked like 2 slices of bacon cut in half. Definitely not double meat. The hash rounds were fried in grease that was so old & burnt tasting making the hash rounds dark brown, hard, & tasted like pure lard. Ordered a iced coffee. They were out so Ordered frozen coke. Got a cup with an inch of coke syrup on the bottom & filled with shaved I've. ** the bottle of orange juice I ordered was perfect"
