"I'm not sure what happened to Firehouse subs but this is nothing like it used to be. I don't know if the menu changed or it's under new management but I've eaten here twice now and had to throw more than half the sandwich away both times. It's awful. I always get the veggie and the veggies are so wet and soggy, it's gross. The bread tasted stale and tough, the cheese wasn't melted thru, and the entire sandwich was cold. It just wasn't good. I won't be back unless things change."
"I have had Firehouse Subs app on my phone for a long time. I can order on my phone go and pick it up no problems. I always order the hook and ladder. I guess they may have had a new person working on the line because the sandwich that my friend brought home to me was not anywhere close to their standards. I called them back and spoke with the manager in the evening on the weekend and was told he would put my name down and the next time I came in they'll make me another sandwich. I haven't been back in Firehouse Subs this week but I will say my names on the list and see if it all works out. It's a very clean and Associates there are very friendly and courteous."
"Don't go close (there 20 mins prior) to closing time unless you want angry stares from the manager. Outside of her the staff was friendly and quick."
