"yesterday they got my girlfriends burger wrong, today they made it right (2 separate orders, paid for both) but i ordered a chicken wrap and there was a piece of plastic in the tortilla"

"We attempted to order lunch at the drive thru here. After being told to pull over on the side of the building once, we were told to move again, since our order still wasn’t ready. Our order consisted of one sandwich meal and an impossible whopper with cheese and ketchup only. After waiting several more minutes in my car, I went inside to continue to wait on our order. Other guests were inside waiting as well, one also from the drive thru. I only saw 2 employees the whole time I was there. The other guests inside were complaining about the flat soda machine and we experienced the same issue with the one we received through the drive thru, so that was thrown away. When I finally received my lunch, the impossible whopper was completely incorrect and didn’t even have cheese or the one condiment that was chosen. I asked for a refund which of course took several more minutes due to lack of staff. As someone who is passing through town, this whole process took around 45 minutes I’m still hungry."

"1/18/2024 UPDATE: They still can't get it right. I ordered two double cheeseburgers mustard only. I got two double cheeseburgers mustard, ketchup, and pickles. They need to think some people have food allergies and can't eat certain foods. Good thing I check my food before eating. SMH!! They messed our order up all the way around! My son's food was missing, I had two top buns on my burger, my husband's burger didn't have the bacon we paid extra for on it, my other kids burger didn't have mayo. Poor service all the day around. I called and talked to the manager (Krista) who said she was putting my name in the book for replacement, but surprise when I went to collect what was rightfully ours, my name is not in the book."

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered breakfast for $19, there was no coke, the machine was flooded, and there was nasty liquid all around it. Finally got the food, and my chicken biscuit was on what appeared to be a 2 day old fried biscuit. Completely soaked in grease. Asked for a fresh biscuit and was told they all look like that. Got a refund. If you want breakfast, go to Hardee's or chic-fil-a. Ordered the same thing there, and it cost 15 dollars, and the food was perfect."

"I never write BK reviews :) but the gentleman that took my order was so jovial and courteous that i thought i should. His name is Ben Phillips . He acknowledged my presence even when very busy completing previous customers orders . And as he took my order , he presented other deals to take advantage of and always with great dispossition and a smile. My thanks for adding a positive to my otherwise routined morning. Facilities were nice and clean too."
