"Tip: Wake up! Sat in the drive-thru for 30 mins before finally pulling off. They were there, just slower than reasonably necessary. I understand learning, but an experienced person should take over when things get that bad."
"The store temperature inside is always freezing - literally 69 every time I go in. The employees working front line take one order and then goes and talks with the drive thru person that is making the food order then hands it out then the cashier takes another order. This place needs NEW MANAGERS all around the building. It is always Clean though. I will say that for a pus but everything else from the employees to the food is less than mediocre. They need to have district there to talk to local guests"
"The service is fast, Food is cold fries, burgers, fries are not fresh, employees don’t seem happy at all. No smiles ever, chili has no taste whatsoever so ever yesterday. We won’t be going back. To many disappointing experiences."
"The workers and store are fine, not great but not bad, but the food here is just awful. Neither my or my wife's burgers had any seasoning and we both somehow had a couple of still frozen fries in our box. How the hell is that even possible?"
"Food was fresh and hot. But it took forever. I think they were prioritizing the drive thru (which wasn’t fast either). While there was a large crown inside. Most had not even ordered yet. I drove across the street and gases up the car and bought some snack before my wife was able to order. Coke was empty they had to refill it."
