Waffle House

"Leon and Eli (if remember their names right, it was around 1:30 am feb 6) gave me the best service i’ve EVER had at a waffle house. they both made sure i was getting exactly what i want, leon was a fabulous server while eli cooked me up the most delicious hashbrown bowl i’ve ever devoured in my life. these delightful individuals really brought a little light to my evening and i aspire to be like them one day. and to the other recent reviewer who was upset she had to wait a WHOLE FIVE MINUTES (omg the horror) for the cooks to return from the store, imagine working at waffle house. these people are braver than the troops and serve their community and every day. please let them do what they need to do. thank you"

"Unfortunately this was my first visit here and I had high hopes. The parking lot was empty and clean. I had my baby with me and figured this would be an easy and fast transaction. I walked in and the young lady was speaking with a table and greeted me right after she finished her sentence. She took my order and then asked where her cooks were. Friends and they were someone's friends said "oh they went to the gas station. " How disappointing. It took about 5 minutes for them to come back, so I took some pictures. I watched as they pulled in and walked in behind them. I had to ask the young man to wash his hands before making my food. He did without issue or stride and I am thankful. I am however as a fellow service worker unsatisfied with how they are just carefree and careless about what happens at this location. I will not come back to this location. The food was okay, but better at other WH locations. No, I am not just saying that because of all that was wrong. The food just tastes better at the other locations I have been to."

"The cook that drives the motorcycle is phenomenal, he always makes good food, and he’s very polite even in times I’ve seen him by himself (and even then he still takes my order). However I wish this store had better staffing at night because that’s when I’m able to come and I constantly get told they can’t take orders due to not having enough staff. This is a constant issue. If you can’t make it in the daytime don’t bother wasting your gas at night."

"Food was perfect, exactly how I asked with extra cheese in both with no side eyes or remarks. It literally looks so perfect and tasted as is. Could’ve been served with a smile but that’s all. My meal was $7.20 for the Breakfast meal with cheese in both the eggs and grits."

"After an 8 hour drive from Louisiana, all i wanted to do was fill my stomach with some good breakfast. They did not disappoint! Food cooked to perfection. The waitress and cook were in good spirits as well. I’ll be back to this location."
