"CHIPOTLE WHAT?!?! I can only speak to this particular Surcheros as it’s the only one I’ve been to, but it outdoes Chipotle in every category or measurable area of the business. Fresh ingredients, consistently generous or at least decent portion sizes, fair prices, and friendly service. Best fresh/Tex-mex burrito spot I’ve found in Macon so far. Employees are personable and always provide great, sometimes even exceptional service. Highly recommend!"
"The photo is what I took home from my surchero nachos. The portions are great. The staff were very friendly and nice. They greeted me when I walked in the door and the cashier was just the sweetest. It was flavorful. Prices aren’t bad at all. I got the smores quesadilla as well and it was amazing. If you’re on the fence about visiting definitely visit !!"
"I ordered from the app and it was made exactly to my rather picky specifications. Everything tasted so fresh and so well put together. There was a long line around 7pm but since I ordered ahead I was able to skip the line. My only complaint was that I did not receive a bag of chips, but I blame myself for not checking before I left."

"Service here is sometimes less than amazing and sometimes fabulous (depends on who is working). Today, the food was fine, but the online order fulfillment was AWFUL. I ordered my food online and then ran an errand, sure it would be ready by the time I got to the restaurant. Instead, when I arrived, it had not even been started. I wait another 10 minutes in the drive through line and get no update from the worker behind the window. So I go inside only to find that there is only one customer in the entire place and 6 people behind the counter. I don’t know how it is possible that the food took that long to make with the situation they had to work with. In addition, as soon as I expressed that I had been waiting for 30 minutes, my issue was not handled with any intention of rectifying the problem. No urgency. Instead I was sent back to the same place and the same person to deal with who failed to help me the first time. When I finally got my food, the staff treated me like I was crazy for having a problem, totally unaware of how slow and inefficient they were. Will take me a while to forget this one and brave it again. Will miss eating there but cannot put myself through that again."
