"I was here for the last 3.5 hours (Macon, GA location) with my children ages 11, 8, 5, and 2. My husband had an out of town appointment that ran much longer than expected and was delayed in picking us up. This is the first time I’ve ever been in a Buffalo Wild Wings and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Our burgers were delicious! Portions were a bit smaller than I was expecting. The wait staff was very kind and accommodating, they never made me feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. The manager went out of his way a few times to genuinely see if we needed anything and ask how we were doing. He was extremely kind and welcoming. The place was kept very clean including the bathrooms. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!"

"Their food has never been great but at the time they had the most TVs in town and we'd been coming here for years to play NTN Buzztime trivia. We quit coming when they got rid of it. Glory Days was packed so we dropped by here on a whim. It was dead at 8pm on a Saturday night with Georgia playing in the Orange Bowl. That should speak for itself. I mentioned to the manager that we hadn't been since they got rid of the trivia, and he said they still had it. I was so excited. He made a big show of turning a smaller TV in front of us to a BWW channel but didn't explain further. I looked it up on the internet and it appeared I needed their app, so I downloaded it. It took a while to find the PLAY button but once I did it would just kick me back to the Download App page. Then I saw their app's reviews and uninstalled it. We got the sampler appetizer which was just plain not good. There was barely any product on the nachos and everything else tasted like frozen food. We won't be back, and frankly with Taco Mac and Glory Days and Wild Wings around the corner, I doubt this place stays open. They never should have gotten rid of the trivia. Sure it was expensive to maintain, but it kept butts in seats and people paying for beer and food."

"While the restaurant was clean, with a decent atmosphere for a late night wing restaurant. Aside from our host (who was helpful, had a smile on his face and greeted us warmly); the service was horrible. Not only did we ask for our drinks twice, they didn't come until after our appetizer and meal arrived. My wings were cold, as if they were in the refrigerator, my daughter's looked like they were sitting out all day, and we sat waiting for our server for 20 min to get to-go boxes and a check. Mind you.... I flagged the host down for our boxes. Our server checked on the table next to us several times, but once our food was brought to us. She NEVER came by again. The kids and I went out to the car and my husband waited another 20 min for the bill. My husband typically tips a good server upwards of 60% (even if there are some minor bumps in service). Guess she missed out. We will never come to this location again."

"This is the absolute WORST service I’ve I have ever received. Our order was supposed to be ready at 9:20. We get there at 9:30 and have to wait an additional 20 minutes to get our COLD food. We get home, which is only 5 minutes away, and realize some of our food is missing. We go back, have to wait another 15 minutes for someone to come up and ask what we need, then another 15 minutes to get the food we were missing. Still we have COLD food!!! I will NOT be returning to this restaurant. They need some help BAD. There were 2 servers and only 2 tables. Everyone else there were waiting on their to go order. This is absolutely ridiculous."

"This place is in SERIOUS need of help. I walk inside and there is absolutely no one to greet me. After standing around for a couple of minutes, a waitress inquires about my needs. She instructs me on where to go for a "to go" order. But guess what... There's NO ONE there!! After a few more minutes, I walk towards the bar and the bartender inquires about my needs to which I communicate my desire to place a to go order. She goes in the back to get someone, who then comes to the front. I place my order. I sit. I wait. I sit. I wait. I sit. I wait. Thirty minutes has gone by yet, I sit and I wait. The kitchen door swings open and I can see 5-6 people playing around. Meanwhile... I sit. And I wait. FORTY minutes after placing my order, I FINALLY receive my food. And for the record... NO it is NOT busy inside!! I will most definitely be communicating my concerns to corporate. **Edited to add** I drove to my hotel less than 4 minutes down the street, parked and checked in, only to be met with COLD food and STALE fries. I called the store to advise the "manager" and he provided nothing but excuses for 9 minutes and 10 seconds AND advised me that I, after already being inconvenienced, needed to return the food to their store for a refund... Poor customer service, all the way around."
