"Too tight!!!! It's day two at 4 am!! I awaking to searing pain because these braids are too tight!!! I have a nice flat twist updo but it ain't that nice! I'm about to be out $95 because I'm taking them out right freakin now!! Most of my braids are literally pulling meat from my scalp and were started with just a few strands of my edges! It's not worth it. I went back but they were closed. Funny because they were open that very same time the night before when I was there. I can't do this and I won't be back."
"This place once was very professional, friendly and organized. Now it seems as if no one is in charge, they fail to keep appointments, and they act as if they are doing you a favor when you walk in the door. Excuse me I thought I was providing you business. One hairstylist even stopped working on one client and started braiding another client that was an hour late for her appointment! I guess her money was more important than the other. Long time customer and Im done."
