"Follow up review. I got spoke with the general manager after the initial review. Stressed that my earlier experience was not normal. The kind fellow offered to remake the order on their dime and it was lots better. Happy customer again. ......... Placed online order for pickup and then went straight restaurant. Food quality and order accuracy a total mis. Not typical of Sonny's. Steak burger overcooked, cold and not served with lettuce, tomato and onion as advertised. The chpped brisket sandwich was unusually fatty and chewy. We're not going to scratch Sonny's off our list but this experience was lousy."
"The atmosphere was great, even the outside of the building was nice to look at. The food was incredible. The meat was so tender, and the barbecue sauces were amazing. The fries were so well done. My only issue was that I ordered the large pulled pork sandwich and my grandmother ordered the regular and both were the same size. There wasn't even more meat on my sandwich. And the waiter even differentiated the "large" and regular when handing out the food. The sandwich was amazing but just wasn't actually a large so felt the extra money for the "larger size" was a waste."
