"Wait time was extremely long because of poor host management, empty / dirty tables, and privileged people. We watched as people came in after us but were placed before us and others. They don't take reservations but you "can call in" ahead of time. Is that not a reservation? The lady at desk informed us that they don't get the table we want. Well... we just wanted a table to eat. Our waitress was nice and the food was good. The wait time and the table situation spoiled the evening. ** See empty tables, but they had 3 hosts that were standing around talking**"

"I had a waitress named Melody she was AMAZING. I will be returning. She took care of all my needs and was very sweet. Her customer service was the best I ever had at this location. I will be asking for her when I return. My food came out hot and fast. She’s the best waitress you guys have. You should definitely be promoting her. I will be calling corporate about her amazing customer service."

"Had dinner at the Macon location tonight. I kept the order simple (chicken tenders, Fries and a salad) because the last time I got food from here (crusted Parmesan, broccoli, and mashed potatoes) it wasn't good at all. Well my salad came out first and I actually enjoyed it. When my actual meal came out, the fries and tenders were cold, not even room temperature. I had bit a fry and placed it back on the plate and took a picture of the plate before calling the waitress over to inform her of the cold food. She apologized and took it to the kitchen. The food came back shortly and the fries looked greasy and everything was hot so I figured it was freshly out the grease. I moved the chicken tenders from on top of the fries, and there it was the fry that I had bit. I called for the manager to come over, & asked her what was the protocol when food is sent back to the kitchen. She stated that, the food is to be made fresh. I informed her that, that wasn’t done with my plate. She offered to have them to make a fresh plate, in which I declined because you never know what happens when you send food back to a kitchen. In return I just asked her to take the meal off and to charge me for the salad and drink in which they did. I don’t usually leave reviews but in this case it was unsanitary putting food people have touched and ate off of back in a place where other people food will be cooked in (grease). The picture posted is the food from before I returned it with the fry bitten on top."

"Dinner was good. Atmosphere is good. Service was as expected. I ordered steak of course. It was a little too chared on one side, but not to where I could not eat it. Stuffed mushrooms were excellent, along with the asparagus."
