"My husband and I met some old friends there from long ago. It was a very good place to meet because it was midway for us both....we live in different towns. We all enjoyed our meal and a place to sit and reminisce about old times and to catch up to date. We plan to meet there again! I always enjoy the shop, as well!"
"We stopped on a Saturday afternoon, expecting a short visit since we were ordering sides and knew what we wanted. More than 90 minutes; too long for people who are on the road. Probably just missed the lunch rush; it was about 1:30. Waited 15 minutes to see a server at our table. Then nearly 30 minutes to receive our food (the vegetable plates). Staff seemed tired and without energy; not thrilled when we asked for more napkins and drink refills. Even so, our food was served hot. Portions were larger than some others in the chain."
"My wife and I went to the Cracker Barrel on Riverside after leaving the one off Eisenhower. We had been seated for 5 minutes without any service. So we went to the one on Riverside. There was a wait by the waitress and the store manager apologized for the wait and kept us informed. The manager even gave my wife a free bowl of fruit while we waited. I have no complaints for the Riverside location. We were given bad customer service at the Eisenhower location which I will be doing a separate review on that store."
"Ordered ahead on the app and picked up food curbside. Came during lunch and had the “pick 2” along with the lunch portion of meatloaf. Food was ready in less than 20 min. Taste and temperature were just ok. Price was less then $10 per person."
"The food was good, waitress was great. But the biscuits- so fresh!! And Christmas is everywhere ❤️"
