"With this being my very first Brazilian wax, I wanted to make sure I booked with someone that was not only professional but made my experience less embarrassing and as comfortable as possible. Having a stranger view your intimate parts, especially after weeks of not manicuring it, can make anyone feel insecure, but not with Mona. The waxing itself was painful, but not as painful as the horror stories I had heard. She knew when to take her time as well as when to speed thru to ensure I felt as less pain as possible. The results are EVERYTHING!!! Her professionalism was the icing on the cake. She created a safe space for me to discuss my intimate area as well as ask questions about the process and future processes without feeling dumb. Her energy was kind and welcoming and it helped make my appointment much more enjoyable.
