"Went with my 12 year old daughter on Wednesday, we drove from Athens (well worth the drive) to get a huge change of cutting over 14 inches off my daughter’s hair. She was excited about the hairstyle she wanted but nervous about the whole process and has some social anxiety but her hair stylist, Shannon was beyond amazing. She put my daughter at ease and she even made her feel so comfortable she actually spoke up a few times (which sounds small but for my daughter that’s pretty awesome for her to do with someone she just met). Shannon listened, asked questions and made absolute sure my daughter got exactly what she wanted within what her hair would allow. Even going over how to style her hair at home to get the look she wanted. Shannon and an intern even banded her hair so we could donate it. When this in awe mom completely forgot the hair inside the salon Shannon came outside in the awful heat and found us in my car with the hair!!! Which she did not have to do but that just shows you how amazing she is. Seriously, this salon is top notch, all of the staff, from the receptionist to the intern that helped and Shannon. Thank you so so much for making my daughter feel comfortable and taking excellent care of her hair."
