"Would have to agree with the other reviewers on this beauty supply store. Only 2 people really work there: an older woman (presumably 60s+) and a man probably in his 40s. The man does most business transactions with customers, assuming it may be because his English is slightly better. However, his customer service definitely does not deserve A+. I find it very easy to believe that he certainly can come off as rude & disrespectful. I've only been here like 3 times. The first time was to buy some Marley hair back in 2015 & I actually had to ask this fool if he could give me a bag (because it made sense for me to walk out the store carrying 10 packs of hair in my arms, right??). I remember being so annoyed that I just spent like $50 on stuff and he didn't even think to help me with getting my purchase out the door, nor saying "Thank You". Then on my recent visit a couple months ago, I asked him some questions about wig-making supplies , and he acted like he was talking to me like a child as in.. "yes, that's what I just told you etc". And just like other Korean-owned beauty supply stores, don't be surprised if you feel like you're being watched throughout the aisles (specifically by the older woman). And just like someone else said, I also find it pretty interesting that the name of the store is called "Kenny Beauty" printed on their receipt. Yet their name online is called "Beauty Apple LLC"."

Dont blame anyone for anything until you have your machine working correctly. Complaint is going to BBB, I dont care you are. Very very nasty. Get your business right. Receipt says Kenny's online says Beauty Apple, let me call IRS."
